We have LOIs with the following companies:
C.B.S. MEDICO CIENTIFICA S/A – the largest distributor of medical products for all of South America. Market size: 650 million inhabitants.
INVOL – an Indian company owned by an American – produces exclusively traditional blood bags.
- They are interested in purchasing our products and distributing them through their own distribution network. Market size: 1.2 billion inhabitants.
German partner – interested in purchasing and selling our products
Germany and Switzerland – in 20 children's hospitals in Germany and Switzerland.
These three customers are interested in purchasing the entire annual production of manufactured products – that is, 1 million blood bag systems per year.

Six months after production starts, we expect to expand production by two shifts.
The job will change with the addition of another – a veterinary blood bag.
These products are used for sport horses and camels – these products will be distributed to Dubai, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom.

Before the certification process for our products, we are contacting the WHO, the United Nations, and the Red Cross and Red Crescent institutions about the existence of a production facility that will produce specialized blood systems, with the possibility of concluding product supply contracts with the WHO, the United Nations, the Red Cross, and the Red Crescent.

The Red Crescent is legally obliged, in accordance with EU directives related to its activities, to maintain physical reserves of medical supplies in case of natural disasters and war conflicts.

The probability of concluding a contract with these organizations is very high.

This distribution agreement includes: annual product purchase, monthly product purchase, and the price for individual products.
This distribution agreement is concluded for a period of 5 years with an option to extend the contract for another 5 years.
How it works – Business partner C.B.S. MEDICO CIENTIFICA sends the order to the BBMS manufacturer with a down payment of 50% of the order price. The manufacturer produces and confirms the required products by issuing an invoice and bill of lading. The buyer pays 50% of the order price, and the manufacturer delivers the products to the destination confirmed by the company. This means that the products will only be shipped after 100% payment has been received.

The end users of the products are blood banks, transfusion centers, etc.
